We only collect what you choose to enter in a form on this website. There is no hidden collection and no profiling.

Advisory call requests

When you request an advisory call, we receive your name, company, work email, phone number, country, your indicative preferences (headcount, timing, kind of workforce) and the time slot you selected. We use this to contact you and hold the call you asked for.

Cost scenario requests

When you request a cost scenario, we receive your name, company, work email, phone number, country, and the indicative answers you gave about headcount, salary range, rotation and timing. We use this to prepare the scenario and send it to you.

Guide downloads

When you request the Suriname deployment guide, we receive your name, email, company name and the service you are interested in. We use this to give you access to the guide and to answer any follow up you raise.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, company name, country, email, the service you are interested in, and the message you write. We use this to answer you.

In every case above, the basis is your own request. You send us your details because you want a call, a scenario, a guide, or an answer. If you would rather not share those details, do not submit the form and contact us directly instead.

Form submissions are stored in our managed cloud database infrastructure hosted in the United States. Access is limited to the AZERRA team members who handle your request.

We keep submitted details only as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow up that comes out of it. If you ask us to delete your details, we do.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for advertising. Data is shared only with the service providers that host our website and database, and only so that they can run that infrastructure for us.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third party analytics. We currently run no analytics tooling at all. The only browser storage used is strictly functional storage set by the software that runs the site, which is needed for the site to work and is not used to follow you across websites. Because there is no non essential storage, there is nothing to consent to and we do not show a cookie banner.

If we ever add analytics, this section will be updated before it goes live.

Ari is an AI assistant. It answers questions using the published content of this website. When you send a message, the conversation is sent to an AI provider for processing so that an answer can be generated. AZERRA does not store chat transcripts, and the conversation disappears when you leave the page.

Please do not enter personal data, employee details, or confidential information in the chat. If you want a person to follow up, use the advisory call or scenario request, where your details are handled properly.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@azerraservices.com and we will handle it.
